Pay attention to product name!
Not the brand name product! When I ordered this, I failed to notice that the name of the product was missing the word "Emjoi." This is a copycat product. Efficacy remains to be seen. Will update in a month or so.

Broke after two days.
Worked for two days and then wouldn't hold a charge.Even though the directions say you can use it while plugged in, it actually doesn't work while plugged in.The directions also need someone to proof read them. The spelling errors and grammar mistakes are plentiful. This however doesn't effective the product.
