These are hands down the BEST, most affordable multi vitamin supplements on the market. My expectations were low because the price was so good. I’m delightfully surprised by the high quality & fast results with these. I’m vegan & pretty health conscious about nutrition. I just wanted to round out my health a little more. Whoa did I get way more than I bargained for. After two weeks of these, my energy is unbelievable. My skin glows. My thinking is clearer. After a month, I noticed my hair growing in even glossier and much faster than before. I LOvE that these are designed for Vegans & are affordable. I’m hooked for life!The only downside for some may be the large football size of the pills. I have no problem swallowing them. If you’re not a big pill person—-No worries ! They are flavorless and easily crushed into your favorite beverage if need be. Highly recommend !

I did a lot of research on vegan vitamins (at least on Amazon) and this was one of the ones I was looking for. I know I lacked vitamin d and wanted to use supplements that would best suit my diet. Although I am not fully vegan, I benefit from the ingredients well. I have noticed faster hair growth and overall better moods (since I’m not lacking b12, vitamin d, and many other crucial nutrients). I will say the taste of it is gross but be so for real - vitamins don’t taste good anyway, just plug your nose it’s not that deep.

I absolutely love Vegan Vitality! I consider it user-friendly compared to other products I have tried. You only have to take one tablet per day and the tablets are a good size and easy to swallow. I also appreciate the fact that there is no after-taste or odor to each tablet. Compared to other products, the pricing is reasonable. I have purchased Vegan Vitality for a couple years now and I believe I have an increased energy level and seem more focused!

My son and I take these every day. They have higher levels than other vitamins for a good price. I recently discovered that my son's serum B12 levels are high normal without extra supplements. I am very happy with this product.
