Over all the product is good and value for money..

Sub-standard product
This product was not up to the mark. This was purchased for my fast food outlet. We were using only one fryer out of this two as we had our old fryers also in use. For small orders like french fries etc. this was ok, but when we used it for deep frying the chicken pieces, it started giving problem like the breading powder getting accumulated beneath the fryer coil and started giving smoke & burning smell and the oil become black and unusable. So the fryer was required to clean up multiple times on every single day. Within one month the fryer used got damaged and stopped working. Then we started using the other fryer, which is also started behaving like the earlier one. It also not working as per the temperature control unit. Looks like it is a substandard product. After paying Rs.7000/-, within 3 months this product become unusable. The kind of steel used is also not up to the mark. Since the company is given 3 years warranty, request you to take necessary action to replace it or repair it.
