Creativity Kickstarter is a wonderful and easy way to get the creative juices flowing. I was more focused and found that my thinking actually expanded while I worked on the book. I loved being able to add notes in the margins while my mind was quickly jumping ahead!

The designs in this book are really intricate and trippy, it's a great way for me to keep my hands busy while I'm focusing on listening to podcasts, audiobooks, or online lectures. Great book!

I love Anthony's coloring book. Its an incredibly relaxing way to keep the distractible part of my brain and hands occupied while I meditate or use his other memory techniques. Great way to come down after a long day in front of the computer.

So my wife bought me a colored marker set that has odors like cinnamon and such. Then I noticed Anthony had made this book. Perfect timing. I love this! I can take a bit of time and doodle to chill. I have had great success with his books on memory and even have been inspired to meditate more. This is kind of just that, a form of creative meditation. Especially if you are an older adult with ADHD. Enjoy! I am!
