Comfortable, light weight and it looks nice on..

The hat was only slightly too small, but I suspect that that has nothing to do with the measurements the seller provided. I only had one problem with it; the inside of the hat is lined with a cloth of some sort. I'm not sure if it's linen. I was expecting it to be just straw, without the inner lining. The sweat band is decent, and I really like the way the brim curves. I have a fedora, and am something of a hat aficionado, so I figured I'd get a panama hat for the summer. This works well to block the sun, though the brim is too short to provide total protection for your shoulders and neck. I would definitely recommend it for someone who is just getting into hats, or just needs I nice, stylish hat for the summer.

This hat arrived the day before I departed for Mexico, so I did not have time to return it and buy another. Unfortunately, it is thin, small, and feels and looks extraordinarily cheap. So, if you are looking for an opportunity to cheapen your overall appearance poolside or at the beach, buy this hat.

The hat was well protected in the box. Arrived in tact...it's cute but a bit small. I'm petite and would've liked for it to be a bit bigger.
