Size and shape is great. But wonky to get out of the oven when hot.
Literally what I wrote above. The size and shape are perfect. I can either do large loaves for sandwiches or smaller individual rolls for dinner/lunches. However, due to the bendiness of the product, getting them out of the oven when they are hot is a bit wonky. Not wonky enough to not use them, but close. The last thing I want is have a hot roll yeet itself at me because the pan bent on its way to the counter.

Not bad
I'm happy with the longer bread mold since it's about what I expected. The smaller one, I expected to be deeper since it was advertised as being for hamburger buns. Mini sliders maybe could work, but the molds aren't the right size for hamburger buns, so they should change the advertising there.

Put them on a RACK
Trying out some new silicon 'holds' for baguettes today.Sourdough Starter recipe of course. The 'crumb' was ok, crispy crust because of water inside oven.I like 'em!The only issue I've read online is that the holds are "floppy".Dude!! Put them on a 'rack'?The only 'detriment' to me is that Silicon is only good for up to 425° F, and some, most SourDough recipes call for a bit higher temperature, as in 450° to 500° for baguettes and SD Breads.(Cooling now, I'll pop them out in a bit!)The purchase was for the set of 2, one for rolls also. Great deal, (and I love the smaller size, it's perfect for my needs!)

"Tins" are too shallow and too narrow.Because they are not tall enough all the dough spills out

The set is quite useful and made of sturdy good-quality material. Both baguette and English muffin molds in a set at a reasonable price.
