Progress EK4354P Family Multi-Grill, XL Cooking Surface, Non-Stick, Adjustable Temperature Control, Perfect for Pizzas and Omelettes

My husband saw this at a chef’s house and tomd me we had to buy one. They all seem similar but I went for this one after a bit of research.Here’s what I think (summary - buy one if you like pizza!)Pros:- it’s massive and fits a 12 inch pizza easily!- it heats up within minutes and the light goes off to tell you it’s ready- it’s easy to use (you are meant to use gloves but the handle never got hot, even at max)- it produces amazing pizza, even with a bog standard supermarket bought pizza- pizza takes a fraction of the time it does in an oven. About 6-7 minutes for our fully loaded deep pan 12 inch on high.- so easy to clean. A quick wipe with a cloth and done.Cons;- there aren’t many! It’s big and hard to store?- not used it with anything other than pizza so might not work well with other stuff?

I have never been able to make the perfect omelette - until now.I was always burning it, or breaking it.Now, I simply make the mixture and pour on the hotplate and sprinkle on any extra ingredients I require, set to medium for 30 minutes so it syncs up with anything else im cooking, or set higher for a quicker time to make the perfect omelette time after time.It re heats frozen pizzas perfectly, makes pancakes, cookies, and the perfect pizza from scratch also, along with many other products that require this process. The cooking surface is slightly stippled which allows air to get under your product, making it easy to lift, Providing you wipe the plates as soon as you have finished, it is really easy to clean and is a great addition to the kitchenGreat value for money !!

When I first got this I was really not impressed, it doesn't feel like the two heating plates go together as there is a lot of play when moving the lid. I agree that the power cable is too short for such a large appliance as well.However, once I got using the thing it started to make some sense as to what it should be used for. It makes great pancakes and really fluffy omelettes, it can do pretty good toasties and paninis as well. Meat and anything with a lot of water in it has been a mixed bag, sometimes it cooks better with the lid open and struggles when it is closed. I tried cooking fresh mushrooms on it and it was very slow simply because of the water content. Between this and my air fryer I have most things sorted but you have to figure out which is best for which foods.All together I'm happy with it, it will at least get a fair amount of use even if it isn't useful for everything.

This product is a useful addition to any kitchen. Due to it's multi-directional heat source from bottom and top (lid), cooking is faster and uniform. Use to easily cook omelettes without need to flip, cooking both sides at once. Can accommodate a reasonably sized supermarket pizza or cook your own from fresh. I find supermarket pizzas always dry out in an oven whereas with this product you get a beautiful and evenly cooked outcome. I mainly bought to improve my omelette making as following a keto diet so want good omelettes (else I'll be back on the carbs :-). Easy to clean with a cloth or paper towel (once cooled). Device gets nice and hot very quickly and has dial to control heat. I'd recommend this product if you like kitchen gadgets.

Bought this to save using oven for pizza. Pizza didn’t cook on top was slimy and was hard at the bottom so couldn’t try and cook for longer. Don’t think it would have made any difference to topping would’ve remained slimy. Have sent back and got refund as not fit for purpose.

This is an amazing piece of kit, bought it cos of the rising energy bills and boy did it not disappoint. I use it for everything such as fish fingers,sausages,eggs and it's brilliant at reheating food from the chippy. It'll actually do a full English breakfast and it wipes clean in seconds. Hardly use my main oven anymore and it heats up SOOOOO fast.

Nothing to dislike. Really. I am in a place where I don't have cooking facility. Now at least I can make something warm for us as it is cold in winter. It will be a back up after this and great for camping too.Baking Pizza is fast and effortless, just check sometimes in order not to burn it.I also tried marinated chicken slices and next time will be fish, probably salmon slice.It does not smoke unless you burn the food, so it will not disturb others.Very easy to clean too. I am happy with it especially for the price. It does the job.Just follow the instructions and if you care for it you won't have problems

It does feel a little cheap in terms of the build quality but it makes Great omelettes and that’s mainly the reason I bought it. If you’re thinking of grilling meat etc on it then this is definitely not the one for you. There seems to be parts of the hot plate that are much hotter than others so it doesn’t cook very uniformly - although the temperature is fine for the omelettes or making scrambled egg. But don’t bother trying to make pizzas or steaks with it.
