Excellent Quality Product
This bag came promptly and is a great size, with lots of separate compartments. Ideal for commuting with a laptop. Straps are padded for comfort and the design is fantastic! Overall really impressed.

Poor Quality
Quality Very Poor, Zip Tag broke off on first use. Second bag i ordered as the first bag had to be returned due to the zip itself breaking on first use. Avoid!
