Good but very sharp
Loop scissors were recommended by my daughters OT so I bought these for homeschool during quarantine. They are easy to use however note they are VERY sharp. Way sharper than regular small children’s scissors. She’s only 3 1/2 so I don’t allow her to use them without using the hand over hand technique.

Broke Immediately After Opening
I was excited to get these in the mail today. My son is 4 and has issues with motor control and hand strength, these seemed great to work on his cutting skills. However, I pulled one out of the package to see he easily it opened and closed only to have the connector piece snap. This is the first time I’ve purchased adaptive scissors, I don’t know if they all have a thin piece of plastic that connects the handles- I was expected something a bit more durable. I still have the one pair to utilize, but to say I’m disappointed is an understatement. To have the product break immediately after removing it from it’s packaging makes me doubt it’s durability.

Decent scissors for the price; high-frequency use in special education classroom
These are my students' favorite scissors; we practice cutting EVERY DAY, at least once per day, so the scissors are in high use. One pair is holding up very well (blades are sharp, loop has maintained its shape); one pair's loop has developed a slight "crease" so the scissors do not spring back completely but the blades are still sharp. The caps were good for shipping the scissors but were throw out as it is extremely difficult to put the caps back on the scissors. We store the scissors blades down - works very well in my classroom.

TOO DIFFICULT TO SQUEEZE THE BLADES CLOSED
A FAIR PRICE (I GOT 2 FOR $16.) IF THEY WERE EASY FOR A CHILD TO USE. THEY APPEAR TO BE MADE OF QUALITY MATERIALS BUT THEY ARE DIFFICULT FOR EVEN AN ADULT TO SQUEEZE THE BLADES CLOSED LET ALONE A CHILD. THEY ALSO COME WITH A BLADE GUARD. I WOULD HAVE GIVEN THEM 5 STARS IF THEY WERE EASY TO USE. SINCE THEY ARE SO DIFFICULT TO CLOSE, THEY ARE WORTHLESS FOR THE CHILDREN I INTENDED TO USE THEM. I WILL HAVE TO RETURN AND LOOK FOR ANOTHER BRAND I SUPPOSE.

Easy for left or right handers, or for the young who arent sure yet!
Thought these were a bit larger but work very well. My left handed grandson loves them. Easier to use since there is no finger insert. We've discovered that although he will write left handed, he prefers to cut with his right hand. He can switch the scissors from one hand to the other with ease. He's only 4 and is still learning what feels comfortable. Great product, highly recommend.
