I have 3 of these Vox cords. All the same style and length. One was bought here on Amazon and the other two were bought elsewhere. The latter two are fine. But with the one I bought here, the instrument plug is about 3mm too short. So it doesn't lock into the jack. It slips loose. I thought perhaps the plug got shoved into the housing somehow. But I took it apart and it all seems to be encased in plastic. No way that I could see to pull the plug out at all.With the plug's housing removed it fits fine but that's not how it's supposed to work. I don't know if this was just a defective one or they are selling factory seconds. It's too late for me to return it.The cable itself is very stiff and a little difficult to deal with.

Although the price might not be seen as affordable to everyone, this cables build quality is top notch all around. From the thick, braided insulation, to the tips, to the crystal clear sound, it screams quality. I use this with a Fender acoustic amp and am very satisfied with it. It even includes a nice carrying bag to store when not in use. If you want the best possible quality and can afford it, go for it. You won't be disappointed.
