Product came as advertised. Works great and has smooth operation. Very easy to install for anyone who has any experience with a drill.I used this as a latch for my gate on the deck to keep closed and another latch to keep the gate open. Both have been installed for about a month now and they are quality with no wear signs even with the extreme cold temperatures lately.

The gate latch purchased fitted easy ly and works much better than the flat tung latch which have better secure when the gate jams can move will came off the catch .

Not an expensive one but it works fine.

The bolt on my old latch kept coming out of the wood due to age.Thought I move it/replace it with this.Ended up using just the bolt as it lined up differently on the old mount, and tossed the rest.Good sturdy construction, comes with instructions and well packaged parts
