Getting such expensive flour from such big brand i did not expect to open the sealed bag and find it infested with small insects… not sure if i’d like to use it … :(

I have already used this for 4 loaves of Ezekiel bread and they came out great. Spelt is hard to find anywhere since the pandemic. I still have to use my grain grinder for the beans and lentils, but this reduces the time spent using the grinder and makes the cooking go a little faster. I'm glad I bought this and would recommend it for anyone looking for spelt flour. I like the fact I don't need to buy a 3 or 5 pound bag.
