i like the unit it does what i had thought it should do and does it well perhaps just a little noisy but nothingthat would deter me from using it i would have preffered the unit to have had a handle for portabilityas its awkward to move it arround accesories are ok it comes with a nasal tube and a mask which are adequote and do the job but wont win any design awards to summerise i think its definately worth considering buying this unit i bought it with a small discount from Amazon at under£200"what price fresh air" under £200??

It says "remove nut"; what nut? There is no nut!!Is it pumping O2 or not??? Not impressed.

Very disappointing item - hardly works and is extremely noisy. Has 3 modes, 1L, 2L which does not supply a consistent airflow of up to 86% pure oxygen as advertised but sends a short burst every few seconds with a very annoying tick sound from the device. You can't feel any oxygen when breathing through the nose piece and I had to submerge it in water to actually see bubbles to see if it was even working.The third mode, the only one that sends a constant supply is for the face mask or handheld breather - but again, as soon as you fit the pipe on the device, the airflow is minimal and you don't feel any oxygen really coming through.The face mask is soo small, it does not fit the face of an adult, I had to purchase a larger one elsewhere.according to the video they sent me prior to purchase it was supposed to have two types of nose breathers - it only had one.It also has a timer that can't be turned off- what if you don't want the timer?Bottom line, this was purchased for an elderly person that occasionally has trouble breathing and is of no benefit to them whatsoever - useless noisy paperweight.
