I tried something similar at my gym and it felt great on my back. I wanted something like it for home use. Unfortunately this was much harder and smaller than what I hoped for and did not offer the same relief.

My Orthopedist recommended this due to my back pain but it just wasn't the right roller for me. Felt awkward and painful on my bone at some points. Took a really long time to arrive too...about 1.5 weeks.

This little gem is a godsend. I have spent so much money on massages and the electronic back massagers. None of them worked as well as this tiny device. It worked out a knot i’ve had for years. As a bonus, it also cracked my back! It cracked all the vertibrae with hardly any pressure at all. Gravity does most of the work!Tips: use a pillow, and beware of rug burn. Moving your hips will increase it’s effectiveness.

Suggested by my PT. It helps alleviate the pain after gardening or heavy lifting. I can place this anywhere from skull to lower back and it helps.

I don't know what I was expecting. I didn't read the details well enough. This thing is tiny and heavy. I returned, but maybe that's what someone else is looking for...
