The media could not be loaded.  Love using this, for my prep cooking… it measures exactly 4 cups to the top before it flares out.

I bought this cup to fill my bird feeders. It works great for that purpose. the only Falt I have the tin handle is too sharp and irritates my fingers. Re do with a folded metal handle instead and you would have an excellent product

We use it as a dog food scoop. It's held up extremely well for feeding 5 dogs. I highly recommend this one over the plastic one's

Only complaint is that it's not clear where one gallon is. I've used a scale and it's not marked well.

I used these in the past when i worked as a Baker. I love them becuase they have easy to read markings on them and the handle is very sturdy and will not loosen up. There are other brands out there that once you start using them and carrying whatever. a gallon ful of cake batter or water etc.. the handle will tend to loosen up due to the weight. They do sell these in small sizes also. Being made out of metal the markings are stamped in the side.. if you get a plastic pitcher the plastic will turn color and the markings will rub off. You wont have that problem with this one. They are a real timesaver especially if you are making large portions. Here is another use i found for this. To mix a 80 lb bag of quickrete it takes about 6 to 9 pts of water. Say a gallon average.. This is perfect. They are very durable. I used these in the miltary for 20 years..cant beat them.. a real timesaver in the kitchen.

It's not stainless, so don't expect it to hold up the same. For me, it works well and does the job.
