Nice quality mat board. I use one on each side of the prints that I sent out. no damage at all this season on my shipments!

The product was good, I really needed 5x8 this company did not off 5x8. I do not know why?

The mat boards were great but damaged during shipping. They remedied the situation right away and sent me another set without any return or shipping charge:)

Costs a little more than trimming them yourself, but handy and square every time.

Description says white mat board.The pack I received was all different colors with one white side.

I purchased these mats to frame all the art I've created over the last couple of years. I figured white was the most 'safest bet' (no surprises from monitor settings like with color), most affordable, and that I wouldn't be paying for a bunch of colors I'd never use.I really like the boards, they were sturdy and cut well, but I kept wishing I had some options for colors - so I thought I'd experiment with some [Rustoleum] spray paint I had and - IT WORKED!* It took some patience and a little time (I used multiple thin coats rather than trying to use fewer, thicker coats). I did not use a primer or gesso, and didn't have any issues. There was no lifting of the paper from the backing.The metallic champagne took about three or four coats to completely cover, and didn't have that 'sort of rough' feel you can get with spray paint. It looks like it came that way.The hammered bronze was really interesting. I did base that one with the champagne to darken it up a bit (I'll use a darker base for darker colors when I do this again). It took many more coats due to the nature of the paint, and thought it wouldn't work as the coverage seemed uneven. However, I held in there and once I was done, I really like the effect, it looks "pebbled."[MAGE1] Three colors together - a metallic champagne, hammered amber and non-painted white---[IMAGE 2] Metallic champagne next to non-painted---[IMAGE 3] Hammered amber next to non-painted---[IMAGE 4] The boards came in perfectly without bent edges (maybe the first one had a little bend, but I cut that off. It's also nice to have a box that fits the boards for safe storage.I'll definitely purchase these again, especially now that I know I have far more flexibility, since I know I can customize the colors to suit my needs.

Use in framing my artwork.

Perfect size for me as I created small landscapes and put them in a 5x7 frame. These are perfect cut and saves me time and a little more money than if I had to cut from a mat from Art Store.
