womens Ultra 109 Waterproof

I’m on my 5th or 6th pair of these shoes, not because they wear out quickly but because I wear them all the time! I have a work pair, yard maintenance pair and even a painting pair. Great fit and very comfortable.

I suffer from plantar fasciitis and I am able to skip the inserts with these shoes. Solid hiking shoe that fits extremely well out of the box with only minor break in issues. The double eyelet at the top allows for a strong heal lock so there are no blister issues. They tend to wear out at the crease where the bend is near the two and get a hole and wear a bit in the inside near the heal by the stitching. I love this shoe and hope the make it for a long time.

These shoes have been the best winter shoe here in Chicago. I wear them late fall to early spring as my everyday shoe. I snow blow/shovel in them and I have to walk across the loop to get to work which is about a mile. I do change them at work but most days I am still putting about 4 miles on them and I can get around 2 years use with still some good life in them. I think I am on my 3rd maybe 4th pair

Water proof : great for early walks in wet grass

I currently have a pair of these that I've almost worn out. I like them so much that I bought a second pair to have in case they decide to stop making them. I hope they keep making them for a long time - great hiking shoes!

It may be a mute point now since these aren’t available . BUT they were not waterproof even when new. Now -2 years on, the soles are coming off, the insides are worn out and the fabric on the top has worn through. I’m retired and certainly don’t put these through any hard wear. Very disappointing for the price.WHAT I HAVE LEARNED: there is a reason something is on sale. If an item is selling well the seller isn’t going to lower the price. These were on sale. ‘Nuff said . Lesson learned. I won’t be buying anything from North Face in the future.

These are extremely comfortable with great support. The traction is also very good

I like the comfort I could wear it all day and have no problems. That’s a big win for me

I spent almost $300.00 on these shoes because the add said they were "waterproof." My right one leaks like a sieve. Most disappointed.
