I disagree with the previous rater. I've had this watch for nearly 2 years and haven't had a single issue. I'm inclined to think the issue is on the buyer's end.

The watch came new as expected but I am disappointed that the low price I payed is due to the watch being defective. The chronograph second hand does not line up with the markers. If I hadn’t already worn it for a few days I would ask for a refund.

It's a nice looking time piece, BUT the quality is suspect. I bought this watch in January 2018 and have had it replaced twice for not keeping time. It literally lost hours overnight. Customer service was great, no questions asked replacement with a new watch. However, after reading several reviews with numerous problems, it is becoming apparent that Shinola watches are $50 dollar time pieces and $950 dollars of marketing.
