How long does it stay cold?

At least 12 hours, maybe more. I’ve worn one all day, I also usually put one of before bed and it’s still “cool” when I wake up.

Do you need to keep these in the refridgerator to keep them cold?

What makes these great is that you can take them with you anywhere. No refrigeration or freezing needed. The top seals (some brands don’t do this and they can lose potency) so it’s fresh and ready.

what percent menthol is this? i used to use their cool back ones but no longer availailable.
