Just got this one as a replacement. The previous one lasted about 12 years. It's not an expensive pen but it's a step up from those cheaper Parker pens.

Pen: Good one with decent color for ink. The rotating mechanism felt a little loose but other than that it’s fine for daily usage.Package: Should have been better with that department. The box was almost open and overall packaging felt a little loose

I recently purchased a Waterman pen from your store, and I regret to inform you that upon receiving it, the pen was already emptied of ink. This issue is quite disappointing, as I had expected to use the pen immediately for an important project.Given Waterman’s reputation for high-quality writing instruments, I believe this must be an anomaly. However, this situation is not acceptable, and I kindly request either a replacement pen or a refund.

I have several Waterman pens. I am a serious collector and write with these daily.

Got this as a gift for a relative who needed a slim and more executive type pen. This fit the bill, with a renown name like Waterman for quality and not as expensive, or common, as a Cross. Contacted the relative after Christmas when he returned to work, and asked if it met his expectations. Response: I love the pen! It's really nice and writes really well. I'm already using it this morning!!"

I love Waterman Pens. They are solid and the rollerball is easy to write with. Wide selection of colors.
