Fit well
These fit and are pretty easy to take on and off. Will save some cleat wear and hopefully money.

Great for protecting cleats
These cleat covers work great. They are light weight and easy to put in your back jersey pocket. They do a good job protecting the cleats while also having some traction on the ground. Well worth the small investment to protect your shoes. I won't walk around without them after destroying my last set of cleats from so much walking. They are durable as well.

Cheap but great protection for your cleats
I ordered these to protect my new SPD-SL cleats. They are made of high quality rubber and snap on to the cleat with very little effort. They make walking in road shoes much easier without having to worry that you are destroying the cleat or floor inside your home! Highly recommend getting a pair if you plan to do any walking around on before or after your ride. They store easily in my saddle bag.

Not a great fit
I was hoping these would save my Shimano cleats while taking part in a four day bike ride. Unfortunately, these covers would not stay on. After them falling off quite a few times while at breaks I gave up using them.

Great covers, work as intended
This are a great buy. Fit my SPD-SL cleats perfectly, and minimize the wear and tear when I am waling around on them. Definitely would recommend if you do a lot of walking with your bike shoes on (rest stops, food, stores, bars, etc.), as these will extended the life of your cleats. As other reviewers have said, these are made specifically for SPD-SL cleats (larger, triangle shaped cleats). They are not built for the small, Shimano SPD cleats.

Necessary to Protect SPD-SL Cleats
I really like these, with one minor complaint (see below). I bought new Shimano SPD-SL cleats in July, I had them for about 3 months before the right standoff (i.e. the yellow/blue/red cleat wear indicator) on the right cleat broke off as I walking in a gravel parking lot. After the peg broke off, the wear to the cleats increased exponentially to the point that a rock had bent in the groove on the rear of the cleat and the cleat had a hard time fastening to the pedals. My wife's cleats also lost a screw we believe from walking in the same type of lot. So I needed a screw and a cleat, so I bought a new set of cleats. When I bought the cleats on Amazon, Amazon suggested that other customers were buying this product as well, so I figured what the hell, I'll pony up the cost (I paid $15) and if it doesn't work I'm not out that much money, if it does work I will extend the life of my cleats.I have to say they are pretty great. After a month of wearing them with new cleats, the cleats themselves look marginally used, even though I've logged at least 400 miles on the bike with the cleats and ridden many many times (i.e. walked from my front door to garage and back many many times). I take the covers off right before I mount up, and I put them on almost immediately after I get off the bike. They are easy to take off and remove, even with gloved hands, mostly due to the tag on the rear of the cleat, but even though they are easy to remove, they sit pretty securely on the cleat. It also gives a nice rubber feel to each step I take when walking in my shoes with cleats, and it makes less noise than the cleats do on hardwoord (i.e. sneaking out for an early ride before the wife gets up!).My only complaint is that there seem to be notches cut out for the standoffs / wear indicators on the cleat. I am not sure why this is, and considering my previous problem (the standoff breaking off) I wonder if the covers will protect my standoffs from walking on gravel or uneven surfaces. Either way, the covers will protect my cleats from rocks bending the cleat form itself, as is what happened, so I'm not sure this is a big deal.

Liked so much, I purchased again
My first pair of these that I bought in 2018 (6 years ago) have held up very well plus they're easy to add, walk on, remove and carry in my jersey back pocket. When I got a second pair of cycling shoes, I decided to buy these same Kool Kovers to match. Seemed more efficient for each pair of shoes to have its own covers as opposed to moving covers between the shoes.

A must for road cyclists
I know you are not supposed to walk in your cycling shoes, but I always end up doing that either through the house to bring my bike out or in a cafe. These are great, easy to get on and off. They provide traction while protecting the cleats and the floors.
