Es un gran aparato. Tiene su reto para hacer que todo funcione como uno quiere, pero vale la pena. Se vuelve un sistema casi mágico para controlar muchos procesos del sistema de audio y video con un solo botón.

Very nice quality remote, gripped texture, solid build quality. I previously owned the companion remote, but 'upgraded' to the elite for the touch screen. The setup was easy and had it up and running in 10 mins, some devices were added automatically, but i then spent another 2-3 days adding devices, configuring device settings and setting up activities, and even though i'm sure everything is set correctly, it still sometimes turns devices off if they are already on and the power option is set to always leave on unless off is pushed and some devices not turning on. It still works great 80% of the time so im happy with it, hopefully they will update the remote software, to control smart plugs too or to make it easier to make smart apps on smart tvs an activity, but it's a 5 year old remote now and i haven't heard or seen anything about a newer replacment model, so i bought this one because it's still the newest and best model. All in all it's a great remote that does require some work to setup and it's still expensive. Still recommended if your looking for the best remote for your setup.

Es bastante sencillo de configurar y utilizar. Es una excelente opción para equipos controlados por IR, el hub lanza la señal sin problema hasta los equipos. Es bastante intuitivo para controlar diferentes equipos en "escenarios", por ejemplo, el control cambia los canales de la TV pero sube/baja el volumen del home theater sin tener que especificarle que cambie de aparato. Lo único que aún tiene que mejorar Logitech es su integración con IoT, que hoy es muy limitada. Los botones de enchufes y luces inteligentes me resultaron inservibles porque no uso una tecnología IoT integrada con Harmony.

This is my third Logitech universal remote system. I opted for this product after the main power button on my Harmony 665 remote stopped working after just a few years of use. It was disappointing because our first Logitech remote lasted more than 10 years.I had some reservations about this new system because of some of the reviews I read, but I am really glad I pulled the trigger on this Harmony Companion hub. It is head and shoulders above Logitech's similarly priced handheld remotes in my honest opinion.I was a little worried about ordering a refurbished device, but this little hub and remote arrived quickly and like new in its original packaging and was quite easy to set up and connect to my home's Wi-Fi. I wasn't able to migrate my devices over from my old Harmony account, but that wasn't a big deal because I had two newer devices that I had not yet entered in my Harmony account.I had considered ordering just the hub, but I wanted the peace of mind of having a back up handheld remote just in case the mobile app didn't meet my expectations. As it stands now, the handheld remote will likely get very little use because the mobile app really is that good.I have been searching for years for an app that would turn my mobile phone into a remote control. I hapay to declare that I have finally realized this elusive dream with this hub.I was able to add a 15-year-old Insignia TV, a 10-year-old Harman Kardon AVR, an old Toshiba HD DVD player, a nearly new Goobang Doo Android box and a Sony PS3 to the app's list of devices without a problem. I was even able to use mobile app to control various functions of my PS3, which allowed me to confirm I had a bad PS3 controller, not a glitched box or game.I just cannot say enough good things about this system. It gives me full access to my TV and AVR settings when they need tweaking and thebmobike app is more feature laden than the Android box's standard remote control.I can't offer any feedback on technical support because their help wasn't needed. If I hadn't utilized the set up instructions at the Logitech web page, I might have needed support because the print manual was pretty sparse. We also have no smart devices yet, so I can't offer feedback on how the hub interacts with Alexa or other smart devices or controllers.Thanks Amazon for providing me another great product at a great price!!
