Wow received th luxury product!!!I've been wanting to buy a face roller for a while because I've heard of the many benefits. I found this product and decided to order because the pricing was good for two products since it comes with a face roller AND gua sha. My order came faster than I expected, only took 1 day to arrive! It comes in really pretty, sturdy and beautiful packaging and with a authenticity certificate, helpful instruction card on how to use the face roller and gua sha. I've used both of the products every day since I've received them, the face roller in the morning and gua sha at night. I put both of them in the fridge which makes it really cool and helps reduce swelling/puffiness in the morning. Both the face roller and gua sha are sturdy and really nicely made. I bought this tool for the sole purpose of relieving migraine and sinus headaches as I had read that it's very effective at that. Product wise, it is a multi-utility tool that comes in a lovely packaging. The roller and the gua sha stone are very sturdy (it's definitely not made up of plastic) and comes along with an identification certificate (which proves its authenticity). But I have observed that the color of the tools are not same as to that of the picture; it's very light textured. Anyway, can't wait to utilise the benifits and have good skin with reduced headaches...

The media could not be loaded.  The whole point of a gau sha is to have smooth surface. Item was delivered with scratches on it which is unacceptable at this price range (2k) for a non-returnable item. Its also not jade, but jade green colored aventurine or quartz in layman terms. Jade is a mineral and quartz is a stone there is a huge difference so read up on that and make an informed choice.Update: I am very happy with speedy response and resolution provided. Seller explained the scratches were due to product being handmade. I would still say QC could be better for a premium product like this, but the roller turned out perfectly smooth so updating my rating.

I bought one for me and was very happy with the quality and bought once again another piece for my sister. It's genuine product and the stone absorbs our body heat and once u clean it with damp cloth it again goes back to the room temperature. But generally it is little cold and i personally don't keep it in the fridge as it's normally cooler enough. That's the main characteristics of the stone
