This is a light lotion/emulsion with some great brightening ingredients. This would be my ultimate summer body lotion if I enjoyed the scent. It's not... Awful... It's grape for sure but just weird enough that I don't want to reach for it everyday. Otherwise this is so lightweight but still hydrating it's crazy. Please consider changing or removing the scent!

This is a light-weight moisturizing lotion with a lovely fragrance -- it reminds me a bit of the Otter Pops we used to have when were were kids (Sir Gilbert Grape, I seem to recall). But a little more refined & designed for adults (not that I wouldn't love an Otter Pop right now). I have very dry and dehydrated skin and this feels soothing and offers moderate hydration. I think it will be the perfect lotion for hot summer days when my skin doesn't need the heavier, richer lotions and creams I use right now -- my skin is still trying to recover from winter. My skin is also quite sensitive and this doesn't cause any irritation at all (I was a bit concerned because this lotion contains shea butter that sometimes doesn't work well for me). I actually expected this to be more hydrating and protective than it actually is, with the added ceramides and hyaluronic acid. The moisturizing effects last about half a day or so, but this is probably not the case for those with more normal skin. I do think it is a bit pricey at the current price of $19.99 for a bottle containing 10.5 ounces of lotion. It does seem to be well-formulated, but I tend to use quite a bit per application. I will likely go through the bottle pretty quickly, at least for now. Maybe I will get away with using less once the hot weather arrives and this will seem more economical. The lotion is in a nice bottle with a pump style delivery for no-waste dispensing. The product arrived properly sealed.

This review is for: KIMTRUE Body Lotion Multi-Functional Brightening Emulsion with Niacinamide Daily Moisturizing Lotion for Dry Skin - 300 mlKIMTRUE is a new brand name to me, and I know my lotions. I was excited to try this out and I was not disappointed. It arrived in a smoky grey bottle-it's attractive packaging. As the lotion level goes down, you can see the smoky design of the plastic.But most importantly, this stuff really works. The cream itself is between thick and watery, it has more of a thin consistency. It does have a faintly floral scent to it that I just love, but also dissipates quickly once it's applied.Coming out of the winter months here in New England, it's time to get your skin ready for summer and this lotion will help you do just that. It's super moisturizing and absorbs quickly, which I love. I've been using this for about two weeks, right out of the shower and any other time I need to moisturize. I've noticed that the skin on my legs is less blotchy than it used to be and the skin tone on my legs seem to be more even. (I do have some dark spots from sun damage, but this lotion seems to have faded them a little bit.)Just because it absorbs quickly doesn't mean the moisturizing effects fade away, it seems to keep my skin moisturized for the entire day. (Except for my hands because these are still pandemic times and I wash and/or sanitize often throughout the day.)The only other body lotion I've tried that beats this one is another one from this brand. More on that in the other review!For the current asking price of $24.99, this hands down beats any of those fancy smelling lotions, (Bath and Body Works, I'm looking at you), because it also moisturized the heck out of my skin. I love this stuff!

I like the scent of this a lot; it reminds me of the grape scratch-and-sniff stickers I had as a kid. The scent is fairly strong when I apply it, but it dissipates quickly so you don't have to worry about smelling like that all day or in a meeting. I have eczema so I use a lot of lotions with ceramides per my allergist's recommendation. This doesn't do much for my eczema, unfortunately; it absorbs very quickly, so if you have normal skin you will probably like it, but very dry skin or those with eczema probably need something richer. I use Eucerin cream on my bad areas (shins and hands, mostly), and this on the rest of my body. I still like it....I just need more moisture on my trouble spots.I like this, but it's a bit pricey considering it's a small bottle and it doesn't take care of my eczema. If I had less problematic skin, I'd be more likely to order it.
