Completely ineffective
I bought this to punch holes in paper in the hopes of adding items to my Erin Condren spiral bound planner. I don’t know what material this is actually able to punch through (if any) because I had no luck using it even on single sheets of regular weight paper.***I’m not that strong, but how jacked should you really need to be to use a hole punch effectively?Thankfully, the seller WAS responsive to my return request.

Tool was not brand new
It wasn’t brand new. It came all oily. I had to do clean. I thought I was buying a brand new tool but what I got was a used tool.
