I've tried a lot of things after my hysterotomy except hormone replacement. I had to have surgery in my 30s and regardless of what they tell you it does mess with your hormones or I ended up with already scheduled instantaneous early mesopause. I never had issues with dryness or itching before the surgery but after was like a desert no matter how hard I or my partner tried it was dry. Lube is sticky and gross and leaves stains and is a mood killer. Vitamin E suppositories even when cut in half would ooze out all night/day and the moisture for me was short lived. I tried a supplement that helped with libido a bit but didn't do anything for dryness. Last resort before a trip to the gyn to talk about drugs I ordered this thinking it was probably a waste of money but oh man it works so good. For me a little goes a long way and I do it after my shower even in the morning and it doesn't have the squishy ooze that requires a liner all day. Some of these supplements I tried aren't and you never really know what you are ingesting but the itch and dryness and psychological effects that has on a woman's psyche makes the risk worth it in our minds. Especially to stay away from hormones that have their own issues. Try it, it may be a lot for you to spend at times like this but I promise you won't be disappointed that you tried it.

This product is so amazing. I cannot live without it! I had a robotic hysterectomy done when they found cancer. I was so miserable for months after and I didn't understand why. My doctors weren't very helpful with my questions afterwards so I was just trying everything I could. When I finally researched what happens after the surgery and stared down the rabbit hole of stories and horror stories I finally realized the issues I was having and why. The constant infections, dryness, itching, and pain and tearing were so miserable! Trying to explain to my husband was pointless, but I couldn't even have sex!! So after several products that were all FAILS! I finally read into this product. I am super sensitive to strong smells, I cannot even wear light perfume without getting a migraine. Therefore this not having much of a smell is fantastic! It's no scent essentially, but again my sniffer is super sensitive! So I can smell a light beeswax type smell but its barely there. Either way this was finally my saving grace! I felt soooo much better after 2 days! I burned through so many products and medical cremes given by my doctors it was insane! This though OH MY GOD!! no itching, no dryness, no infections, no irritations, and doesn't wear off!! I was able to get a good nights sleep and I was so happy I just didn't know how to act, even the hubby noticed a change! A little does go a long way! so do NOT just slop it on real thick or anything or you will be wasting GOLD! It lasts me about 3 months per container and I use it once DAILY. If you are on the fence about trying this and you have any of the issues I stated or having dryness issues from a surgery, Believe me BUY THIS!! If you've tried everything else like I did BUY THIS!! STOP being miserable right now!! Help is a few days away once you BUY THIS!! I have been using this for 2 years now and I still love it!! Hubby is happy I tried it also! Especially once I was feeling better and not miserable, and our sex life got back on track! Good product overall - I like that it is very moisturizing and soothing but not greasy and does not have any fragrance. I haven't used it long enough to tell if it will effectively remedy cyclical dryness/itching, but so far so good. I give it only four stars at this point because I'd like to see how it works over a longer time period, though already it is better than other similar products I've tried. A little does go a long way. But I agree with those who say the price is too high, especially for a product that consists of four ingredients: water, olive oil, beeswax and vitamin E. But then women get overcharged constantly for anything to do with our lady parts so I guess it's just par for the patriarchy (unfortunately).

The first time I ordered this product the cream was white with a nice texture. This is my second order and the cream is now yellow with a liquid texture. Looks like the same ingredients but a different cream than what I expected - hence the 3 stars rather than 5.

Immensely soothing for people with vulvodynia, post menopausal dryness, or LS.. I apply it every other day and after showering to restore a nice protective barrier. More effective at reducing my pain than medication.I've been using Vmagic for 3 years, but after finishing the little pot, I decided to try something new. In my opinion this is a superior product to vmagic. Yes, there is some minor separation (i just stir it back together) and a shorter shelf life, but the addition of water in this formula makes it absurdly easy to apply and spread. I want to spend the least amount of time humanly possible applying anything to the vulva, and this one is by far the gentlest and most spreadable.

Bought many times. Mild, if any, scent. Wonderful feel. Helped moisturize
