I wasn't expecting alot from this pad. I am a heavy person with bad hips. Riding in a Dodge Challenger is difficult for me because of the seat design. It puts alot of pressure on my hips. I was looking for a seat pad that wasn't so tall that it would make my head hit the roof. This one fit the bill.I tried it out this morning and wow did it make a difference. I wasn't expecting it to make much of a difference but it really did. I noticed immediately that the strain on my hips was gone. After driving for 45 minutes to work I had no discomfort at all. Normally I would have been uncomfortable after 10 minutes. It looks like I have found a solution to this problem now. Thanks for a great product!

I have ultra hot leather seats that are difficult to cool. I found a recommendation for this product mostly for cooling gel, not nessisarily comfort. A happy bonus is the handy handle. I take it in into the office with me to keep it cool and then sit down to blissful cool heading home (45 min). I did lower my seat as it does boost you up. Easy fix. It is memory foam so the cool will warm up, but I don't burn my fanny anymore, and no sweaty backside- stays body temp. I could have purchased a cooling gell only mat, but worried it would roll and not stay in place. This stays put with anti-skid dots, molded shape and a little weight. Not sure I would get just for comfort aspect. It is soft in summer, likely stiffer in cool weather like most memory foam.

First of all, I like the quality of this seat, and it seems like has some gel stuff in it, it's better than the traditional ones, it's cooler for my butt. I had a leather seat, so the traditional seats somehow it's kinda slippery, but this one is not. BUT this seat had one proble, too expensive!!! Anyways, it's great product, and if you felt your seat is uncomfortable, you can look into it.

The piece that sticks into the seat to keep this in place tore almost immediately. Still use it but it kovss around a lot. I will say, if you leave it in the sunlight on a hot day, it’ll be like sitting on lava. Learned that lesson the hard way. Thought it was gonna burn my butt. When it isn’t in the heat it works pretty well and is comfortable. I just wish it was sturdier

The AUTOTRENDS Gel Seat Cushion Cooling Coccyx Orthopedic Breathable Car Seat is much softer than my original seat, and it has increased a part of the height, which is a help to my height. I have used it for a while, and this cushion is more comfortable than my original seat, and it doesn’t make me sweat like the old one. California’s summer is very hot. I am very happy that I bought this cushion so that I don’t need to get wet when I left my car.
