Fo-Ti Extract Powder (4oz/114g) (He Shou Wu) - 20:1 Concentrated Extract, Prepared

This a quality Fo Ti extract powder and probably one of the best values for the quality. I use about 1 tablespoon a day and I find it mixes well with my juices, smoothies, and coffee. I can definitely feel the effects of more energy and higher libido. It's suppose to turn your hair dark but that's not exactly happened, but then I never expected that when I purchased. I have tried other Fo Ti products and they have a light color and taste like black beans. This one has a much darker color and it takes more like the herb and not what they ferment it in. Overall I would buy this again.

A quality product. This is the second time I've purchased this product (8oz first time, 16oz this time). Over the last 2 months of consistent use (2 tsp/day), I have definitely noticed my hair darkening and less gray. My research has indicated that it usually takes 3-4 months to start seeing a difference, so I am very optimistic to see what happens in the months ahead. That is also why I ordered the larger size this time.The only thing I don't care for is the "ziplock" packaging... Yes, it was heat-sealed for shipping, but after I cut the top seal off and tried to open the "ziplock" seal, it separated from the bag. Therefore, I cannot re-seal the package; this did not happen with the first bag I bought.

When I first opened the package, the smell was horrendous to me. I was going to send it back. But, after a few days the smell was gone. I’m assuming it was a strong unpleasant smell due to the freshness of the product when it was packaged. So, I kept the package and I’m satisfied.

I used this product for a few months and I saw a big difference in my hair. Looks shinier, longer, stopped falling and its re-growing, helps me be more calm and I feel a sense of grounding. I sleep thru the night too. I started taking this at 35 and a decade later my hair is still dark.

I have enjoyed this product, taste is good in my morning herbal latte and I feel like I have had healthier looking skin and hair since adding this to my daily diet (although I have also added Tocos so I can't confirm if it is due to this product alone). I believe in the health claims of this herb and would like to continue consuming it. My problem with this particular product is that it comes in a large bag no matter how many ounces you purchase. I bought the small 2 oz to try it and it is in a bag much too large for the product amount; while it comes with a long-handled plastic spoon to reach the powder, I still end up having to really dig around in there to get a full serving out. Yes, I could pour it into a new container, no big deal, but I don't think that I should have to.

Very good quality, I tried the Samsara line of Herbs when my regular Amazon supplier was out of stock, I am glad I took the chance! Samsara's line of herbs are of a high quality and at a better price point per ounce, I have found the Samsara Reishi to be of a much higher quality then the other I have used for approximately 3 years now.The only thing I am waiting for is Samsara to re-stock the 4 or 8 ounce packets of Fo-Ti(He Shou Wu) so that I may purchase some more, as I use this everyday in My Bullet Proof coffee.

My hair started going platinum white in my early 20s. I keep my hair really long; by my 40s I still had a fringe of dark hair which looked really good overlaying the white when I wore it up in a ponytail (my usual, every day style). But eventually even the border went white. I tried this, after a month the border hair started growing in black again. So now I'm 67, my dark 'frame' is back and even my previously white hair is now 50/50 salt&pepper, altogether a good look on me. I use size '0' gel caps, maintain on 1 cap a week. Any more than that and I start to get a couple of beard-type hairs in front of my ears; definitely NOT a good look on a 67yr old woman lol

I tried for a month. No results as advertised. My skin breakout badly. Refund is not allow.
