Fast shipping / good price
Fast shipping (Amazon Prime 2-day) and good quality, we've had not problem. Couple that with a reasonable price, and our 8 year old Oki C3200n is still running well. I could only ever get 2 ink changes out of an inkjet, but I've run this printer through a half dozen or so black toners and a couple sets of colors, and still going strong, though I do use the true Okidata toner, not some off-brand.

I have to purchase a new one every 6 months and it works like a top. I once tried to buy the look a likes. Huge mistake never will I do that again .

this toner is nothing short of wonderful. it works when you plug it in. no problems at all. we're pleased with it!

Replacement cartridge installed, but printer still says low ink.
Product was received promptly. Packaged in what appears to be original OKI factory packaging.Installed the new cartridge in the printer, but the printer is still saying Order K Toner. Tried removing and shaking, powering off removing, reinserting, turning back on, but the problem persists.Contacted Oki technical support. They say it sounds like a defective cartridge and are sending a replacement directly to me.Normally I'd say that this was a fluke, but someone else previously left a review that said they had received an empty cartridge.I like the printer, but am a bit frustrated with this situation. I will update the review once I get the replacement from Oki
