How many Revolutions per minute does it support?

They recommend very slow especially when cutting the thread. They are working very well for me.

Any recomended speed?

I would use a low speed to insure you don't wreck the threading.

10-32 is not NC (national coarse) it is NF (national fine)

If you're implying that a 10-32 thread is not NC meaning (National Course) but NF (National Fine), you're incorrect. The combo drill kit is all nationa course threading.
