They are real and pretty large but very dark so light does not give the luminescent color changing effect through much of it. Unless you put a light on it and move it around it really looks like an ordinary rock.

I am blown away by the heft of these stones. So very impressive and weighty. My first order had only one necklace in it as the bag had been chewed up and the bottom ripped open, but happily Amazon immediately shipped out a replacement upon notification. The colors of labradorite radiate in both of my necklaces. One has been given as a gift and the other I wear daily. I believe strongly in their mystical properties and these stones are truly magical in appearance.

The stones are the size of palm stones. Much too big and heavy for a necklace. There is also very little labradorescence in either one. I usually buy from a shop that is 85 miles from my home. I haven’t been able to go in a while, and my last necklace broke. I’d had it a few years and it was simply worn. I thought I’d give online order a try, but I can see now that was a mistake. I guess I’ll have to make a trip to that reliable little shop to get what I need.

The stones are a good bit bigger than I expected but I don’t mind that very much. This is getting such a low rating bc they clearly advertise as two different color stones: one that looks very blue and one that looks very green. Got these for myself and my husband, our favorite colors are blue and green, respectively, for stocking stuffers and now I’m not sure I’ll even use them because they’re nearly identical.Going to try to contact the seller and may update my review depending on their response.
