This tub faucet replacement is easy to install and comes with everything needed to do so. Nice and shiny, durable, and sturdy. Diverter works well and stays put. Good value. Getting the old one off was the only issue.

Worked great

I had it installed in 15 minutes using a screwdriver and some grease (or WD-40). I added a showerhead with a stick-on holder in another 10 minutes. It works great with no leaks at all. I would recommend using a showerhead with an on-off switch. That way you can control the water flow without using the faucet handles and having to adjust the temperature every time. Great for giving the dogs a bath.

-The instruction manual was helpfull and made it a bit easisr-The quality also seem good for the price, but I am not a expert on the subject.

****About the old Fixture****We’re remodeling a house and we haven’t gotten to the bathroom tub/shower yet. We needed a shower and all we had was a regular spout. The plumber that our landlord hired put in a spout with a shower extension, but it was the wrong size and it leaked when the shower was engaged.****About the Danco Fixture****This fixture though came with the parts to either be used with a full length pipe coming from the wall or a short one. That made my job a lot easier. I used a little thread tape and tightened it on, but not too tight. Suddenly we had a shower that didn’t leak and we had improved water pressure! Between this and another purchase we’ve saved 1000 gallons of water a month! The only thing I don’t like about this product is that the extension is basically on the spout itself. I would have preferred coming out the side so that the main spout could work unhindered. Still, it was cheap and easy to install. It will do the trick until I can do a full remodel.
