Essential if you have a large Ooni or if you are a home bread maker
I have no idea how I would manage without this now. I bake bread two to four times a week in my Anova oven with a granite baking stone. This makes it easy to slide loaves, rolls, demi-baguettes etc onto the baking stone in one swift movement and also to remove them at the end of a bake.I also have an Ooni pizza oven but mostly used in the summer. Perfect for a large pizza!
