They are paint brushes, does what it says on the tin, would be hard not to.
They are paint brushes. Wooden handle with metal ferule and bristles. You could apply paint to them and then apply that paint to a surface and it would work very well.I use them for spreading wood glue (which then washes right off in water) and for this purpose they are very good giving an even spread without picking up too much glue.For the price, they are good value as they will last a while as long as I keep remembering to clean them off.

Cheap but works well for me
I use these for spreading glue on woodworking projects. I clean each one a few times then toss it. They are really useful for me, adequate quality, and cheap enough. I haven’t used these for paint, but they might work for very small areas.

Für's Epoxy laminieren perfekt
Ich nutze diese Pinsel fast ausschließlich zum Laminieren mit Epoxidharz. Das mache ich schon sehr lange, um Angelköder zu fertigen und diese müssen gegen Eindringen von Wasser geschützt werden.Das das Epoxy sehr hart wird, müssen die Pinsel danach entsorgt werden. Es darf aber auch nicht sein, dass die Pinsel zu oft die Haare verlieren und darum ist eine sorgfältige Preis- / Leistungsauswahl an Pinseln wichtig, sonst wird es sehr teuer.Die Pinsel hier versprechen Qualität, sind aber nicht zu teuer, um oft gekauft zu werden. Auf jeden Fall bin ich von diesen überzeugt und habe diese schon viele Male gekauft. Ich kann sie also empfehlen.Ob diese fürs Zeichnen / Malen taugen, kann ich hingegen nicht sagen.
