First of all, I paid extra, to receive the item in 2 days. I received an empty priority mail box that was enclosed in a FedEx envelope. There is not way anyone put the cord in the box bc the box was brand new with the paper till on the sticker that would have had to be removed before the box could be closed!!!! I sent a message to the seller. I needed the item for Sat; that's why I spent the extra money to get it asap!I did not remove the content of from my initial rating of 1 bc it is my real experience. However, I raised it to a 3 bc they were prompt in responding to me and provided a refund. I do not want to discourage anyone from ordering this power cord bc I have no idea how well it works.
