A must for mobility
This is a little bigger than a lacrosse ball. It is good for rolling the hamstrings and glutes. I also use it on the triceps and middle back.

Very effective!
Bought for a friend on the basis of having used one myself for several years. Can't recommend enough! Recommended to me by my chiropractor, it has given me a great deal of relief from back pain, and considerably cut down the frequency of my visits to the chiropractic clinic. I just wish they would do it in white - the blue does eventually leave a mark on the white door I use it against! Still, it's a small price to pay for the relief from pain!

Excellent for tight back muscles
This is a nice size, very firm and not heavy at all. You can sit in a chair and press it into sore spots on your back. Feels great!
