Will this work on the bravia 4k vh2 with an n64 and gamecube?

if your Sony has the analog audio video connection , yes it will work. There are so many variations of this plug , it's downright confusing, further to that point , i'm mad that Sony chose to leave off the av rca connections on the tv, short thinking . Now when you insert the plug into the tv , i found it not working at first , but when i rotated the plug the signal came through, you may also get from Amazon a composite video to hdmi connection that works well if you have enough hdmi spots , good luck and enjoy your cable

can I use this for Roku to old tv with composite input?

Possibly, but I'd seek a standard composite RCA jack, as sony pins their composites differently in some regions. Better safe than an extra trip or transaction!
