I have used them before. It makes my nail stronger and my hair shiner and reduce the amount of the hair falling. But you need to use at least 3 pills a day for a month to notice these changes and it won't help the lost hair grow back at least not in my case. But I recommend it.

Grosse chute de cheveux avec tout ce que ça incombe: mauvaise tenue, cheveux qui graisse. Coiffeuse de métier je connaissais le produit, bien réputé. Au bout de 15 jours, mes cheveux ont retrouvé du tonus, reste coiffé et graisse moins. Il faut compter 3 mois pour voir un résultat complet. C'est à dire, arrêt de la chute + repousse. Donc je continu la cure. Pour moi c'est ce qu il y a de plus efficace, les traitements externe sont chers sans résultat espéré.

Llevaba una época perdiendo mucho pelo y me lo recetó la dermatologa. Llevo un tiempo tomándolo y sí noto que está frenando la caída, pero lo empecé a notar cuando llevaba ya dos meses, se tarda en ver el efecto. Pero en este tipo de productos tengo entendido que es así. Tengo que decir que lo que más me gusta es la medida de la pastilla. No me gustan las capsulas enormes y este viene en formato pastilla pequeña muy fácil de tragar.
