I ordered this pool in late May. We did it take it out of the box until August 1st. We put down a tarp in our backyard and aired up pool. Pool stayed completely aired up for 3-4 hrs- we noticed it caving on one side into a v- shape. We used it that evening and it continued to cave. Never all the way down. We tried airing it back up the next weekend. Same result...slowly looses air in bottom tier and caves to a V shape on that side.I was not aware of deadline to return by June 26, 2020- It is 8/16/2020 and we unpacked and aired up on August 1st. Expensive lesson to learn.

I don't normally write reviews but I am so disappointed in this product that I felt I should share my experience. I hope I can save someone else from throwing away $73. My first mistake was paying the inflated price for this pool but my daughter really wanted it. When I recieved the product the packaging was torn in several places and with poor attempts to retape. At that point I should have returned the package but we are expecting friends to come over with their kids and these pools are hard to come by right now. So I decided to keep it. The pool inflated very easily and appeared sturdy but within 20-30 minutes of filling it with water it began to collapse on one side and leak as shown in picture. We discovered 2 pin-size holes on the collapsed side, used the one repair patch sent with pool to cover both holes, and reinflated as instructed. The pool continues to deflate. We cannot even fill it to the fill line. I must refill not only the chamber with the holes every 8-12 hours but the other two chambers as well. Our friends are expected in the next couple of days and we are hoping we can get at least one decent use of the pool. I wanted to update this review. I was encouraged to contact the seller and I did. I wanted everyone to know that they are working with me. So I am changing my stars to reflect their awesome customer service.

First, this pool is quite large and it's perfect for bigger kids or multiple users. It's easy to fill with air if you have an electric or manual pump. However, after just three uses, it has a hole. We deflate the pool after each use and keep it in a safe place so not sure how the hole happened! We owned this for less than three weeks and it's ridiculous that it is already defected. Another reason why I gave it a 1-star rating is that there is NO RETURNS for this $100 pool! Not satisfied. Good thing we have tape to fix the pool (if we can find the hole(s) to repair it). Save y our money and find a better alternative with a reputable company that will stand behind their products...

Pool arrived faster than promised, which was nice. The box was very damaged and taped up significantly but fortunately, the pool was unharmed. We purchased an electric pump separately So it was easy and quick to inflate. I think without a pump like that, it would be near impossible and take a very long time to inflate. Once inflated, the sides are very sturdy. An adult can easily lean against the side and it can support my 2 and 4 year old’s weight when climbing in and out. Will say I later saw the exact brand for less than half the price at Walmart...

Waste of money, made in China and it is a piece of crap. I put down a tarp and inflated the pool and filled it with water only to wake up this morning with water everywhere and the pool losing air. No patch kits. Not only that but this came out of Canada and returning it will cost more than its worth.Update. The company offered me a solution on this issue so I rescind my negative comment

We were pleasantly surprised about the height of the pool and the material of the air chambers. We blew it up using a compressor, being careful to not overinflate (especially since our day & night temperatures vary greatly) the pool. For the last two weeks or so, the pool has taken a ton of abuse and not sprung a leak (much better than the previous pool which developed multiple leaks?. In addition to the air chamber material, I am also impressed by the plugs. The plugs "almost click" when pushed all the way in (great tactile feedback). Will see how it holds up over the summer, but in the meantime, I can highly recommend it.

If you are filling your pool with rusty old well water and are looking for crystal clear water, try using the sock method to filter out the rust while filling the pool. I inserted 6 old athletic socks each one into the other and zip tied them to the water hose. Turn on the water and enjoy the crystal clear pool. Before removing the sock filter, turn off the water and encase the sock filter in a plastic bag since the filter will release some of the rust when handled. Place the filter on the ground, turn on the water and twist the socks to remove as much of the rust as possible before washing.

UPDATE: Warning! Check vendor reviews. They have a 75% negative lifetime review status (82% in that last 30 days). Thanks for protecting your Prime subscribers Amazon.I can't express how disappointed I was to open my supposedly 120" x 72" x 22" three-baffled pool to find one that my 5'6" wife can't fit in. And, no, this is not a case of reading inches for centimetres. No dimension or measurement coincides with those stated on the product page. Just extremely frustrating. Be forewarned. Maybe I'm an outlier or maybe you will not get what you order either. Returning now.

Pool way smaller than what described. Would not buy with this seller ever again.

I gave it one star because it is thick and durable... but it is NOT the size that I paid for.... it does NOT fit multiple adults and children. Couldn't even squeeze us all in there, standing, to take a picture. Super disappointed because we've been waiting awhile for this to arrive and we were excited for something that would fit the four of us.

Had a hole in it out of the box :( the top ring wouldn’t inflate we filled it up to use with the two lower rings as we waited a month for it and it’s been so hot. However about an hour after using it the second middle ring started deflating and eventually the bottom one gave out as well so maybe we got a lemon but very sad didn’t even last a day.

Not at all what was advertised, much much smaller, barely fits one adult and measurements are complete lie. Requested Return. Now reading other reviews, it seems like Canadians are getting the tiny products.
