Yes it does and after one wash mine went flat and it will not the stuff inside of it will not build back up at all it's just flat I like them at first but and then they don't stay very cool they drive very quickly whatever is on the inside of them mine I feel like it was a waste of money even though they were on sale I just gave it a try to see if that would help me keep cool while I worked as a crossing guard but after the first wash the beads or whatever and it went totally flat and they won't go back in there even after I wear them bummer
