It took me a while to understand the screen protector fitting instructions, so here is how I eventually understood and did it and it worked well. After wet and dry cleaning of the screen you place the screen protector just loosely on your screen with the little red print tab being in a position of pulling it down towards the phone. In other words, the screen protector itself is the hard part, the mask is the soft part which for now will be touching your phone screen. Then you use the 2 little blue stickers to stick to the sides like hinges on doors, don't worry to touch the protector, the important part is underneath still being protected by the mask on the inside. Once you have the blue stickers in place, exactly where you want the protector to land, you can open it up like a book and pull of the little red print tab, which will take the mask off. Then just drop the protector on your screen and watch it to suck itself on. I got one bubble, but by pulling up the nearest corner all the way to the bubble it then sucked back on lovely 👍

The media could not be loaded.  Fantastic quality and amazing value for money. I was really impressed and discovered it had two tempered glass screen protectors with two sets of the guide stickers and both wet wipes and dry wipes in addition to this the military grade phone case which is really sturdy and appears to be flexible on the corners with shock-absorbing soft plastic that clips around the phone. I'm really pleased with this and have enjoyed using it on my first day today. The proof will be in the pudding so to speak when I drop the phone routinely over the coming months as I have done historically many times with all my other phones... 😐

New phone, new case. This had good reviews and is very good to look at. It came with two tempered glass protectors and I now know why. Fitted it on to my A12, popped the phone onto the magnetic holder on my car vent. Drove 3 miles down the road and then, PLOP, Crash, bug@er. The glue holding the metal plate onto the phone back had warmed up and my phone had fallen off and had smashed the glass protector on the gear stick. The metal back was still attached to the mag mount but the phone was in the footwell. On taking the protector off, the phone was undamaged. This is now destined to go in the man drawer and I will go back to my normal leather wallet style case, with magnetic credit cards in the wallet to hold it to the mag mount as I have done in the past.

Seems durable, wasn't sure how to fit the tempered glass - but managed to figure it out. Not sure what to do with the stickers either. Would be helpful if there was a paper insert with the instructions on attaching the glass....I initially thought that both glass screens need to be attached.I did think that the glass screen is maybe a generic size, as it seems a little smaller than my A12 screen.Other than that my Samsung A12 LTE fone, now looks and feels, anything but!

Exceptional quality, really chunky in the hand making the phone feel secure - at last!Good instructions - please note that the screen saver has a sticky side which is placed face down on the phone's screen to ensure adhesion.The screen saver is also slightly smaller than the case which is deliberate in order to avoid "white border".Very attractive case; I chose the red as I'm always misplacing the black A12 around my home.All in all a brilliant buy!

I have always had a case for my mobile phone, and having switched to a Samsung A12 I had a look to see what was available. This case caught my eye primarily because of the colour ( a gorgeous red) and the fact ( this is very shallow) that it has an adjustable rest on the back, so you can stand it up to read or watch videos, or just put your finger through the loop to hold it steady. Fitting it was easy, but I haven't put on the tempered glass protector, partly because I don't want to cock it up, and it looks a bit fiddly, and partly because I've never needed one on any other phone. However, it comes with 2 glass sheets in case I change my mind. This is astonishing value for money, the company contacted me just to ask if everything was okay, and it does a great job protecting my phone while looking really good. Love it

Cover arrived promptly and was exactly as described. Love Rose gold colour I selected. Case seems tough and durable and two glass screen covers fit really well. Can't really comment on actual toughness and durability as only just been fitted and I haven't dropped . ot yet !!! However seems at least as tough as my old cover on my last phone. Very pleased no negative comments at all at this stage.Only reason I dropped a star is that durability not yet established for certain

I bought this for someone else as I had one myself. They are as pleased with it as I am with mine.Still going strong after some months and the pop up ring at the back is very handy for watching things without having to hold the phone. The magnetic section's a bit weak though. Modified mine and it's fine.Saved my new phone from a few drops too!Very pleased, would recommend.
