Very lightweight, easy to assemble and disassemble. Great for a traveling Esthetician. Auto cuts off once the water has gotten below a certain point, runs for 20 minutes max.

The package and shipping was good. Putting it together was easy as well. But it is very important to empty the water canister out after use to avoid rust. But so far so good

I purchased the end of august 2023 and last week while using it on a client it made a loud pop and a burst of steam and never turned back on again. Not t mention the wheels fell off all the time.

I dislike this steamer and would like to return. I am unable to use distilled water which avoids calcium buildup and there is not an ozone button. I am very disappointed and wish I had spent a little more money for the one I wanted.
