I literally tried DOZENS of black backpacks before happily discovering this one. I need to tote my laptop back and forth to work, for work at home days. My commute involves a bike ride, a train ride, and a shuttle bus ride. Sometimes, it's just train and bus and shuttle. I am not a backpack person, but I realized that was the most practical bag for all these modes of transport, and carrying all my stuff easily and securely. So..... I wanted a backpack so I can lug all my stuff easily, quickly and securely on the CTA, but also look sleek and Euro, and not like I was pregnant on my back.When I'm biking, I need it to fit a laptop, sometimes a jacket and a change of clothing, and my lunch, maybe an add'l pair of shoes and my giant headphones. This backpack accommodates that nicely, with a secret compression sleeve area for clothes, and an expandable gusset! Other days, when I'm not biking or taking my laptop home, it zips down to thin and sleek.The style of this is very nice, and NO VISIBLE LOGOS. Lots of pockets - it'll be useful as a carry on for trips as well. Nice water bottle gusset pocket, and the USB port is also very useful! I looked at a LOT of backpacks, and this one finally fit the bill. The great price doesn't hurt either!! I also like that it's made of recycled plastic. Very happy with this pack.

For the low cost of this bag, I didn’t have high expectations. But I would recommend this bag to anyone that is carrying computers and tablet with a few accessories. Unzipped, it has a surprising amount of space, but the best feature of the bag is when you can keep it zipped and thin. Even then, I can fit a MacBook, mouse, 2 iPads, small chargers, pens, glasses case, and cables neatly and well organized while still having a bag that is half the depth of my other backpacks.

This is a backpack is great.It’s thin , lightweight, can carry a computer, unzip to for more room , has great pockets. In fact I will say that it is very very comparable to Tumi’s hessessey backpack which I have and a lot less too .

All haversacks tend to be clumsy, out of shape and seriously restrictive when trying to move around. When you have to turn , you have to make sure you don't hit anything or anyone. Also when you pack , everything heavy collects at the bottom.This item is good because its slim, expendable only when you so require, and there are loads of compartments that make sense. There is even a compartment that rests against your back that is hidden - great for valuables.No regrets. Great bag. Service good. Fast. Arrived neatly packed, unlike some other items thrown together then shipped.

The product was overall great but the usbc port didn’t work.

I watched the videos and spent a lot of time contemplating this item before buying. When I finally decided to buy and it was delivered, I was thrilled. It is as slim and as sturdy as promised, and smooth (unwrinkled). I mostly use it for just my laptop and charger and basic necessities --water bottle, hair brush, glasses, wallet, they all fit in without even ruffling the surface in slim-mode, keeping that light, clean, professional look I wanted. But there is a TON of room in it when expanded, enough for an overnight, clothes, etc. The thing I like best is the backpack feels sturdy and keeps its shape in any form. I was looking for something that would continue to look professional if I took it on an overnight, and then used it just for my laptop to go to meetings, etc. I didn't want it to look stretched-out, baggy, worn. It really does everything I need it too. It fits the bill.

What I liked most was how much I could fit. Used the space saver bags which really made a big difference.

This backpack is exactly what I was looking for. For every day work use, it collapses to a small laptop backpack size and easily holds a laptop, tablet, a small lunch and other accessories. For travel, the backpack expands to accommodate a small amount of clothing for a weekend trip. Perfect for minimalists. It also holds a water bottle or thermos at the side in the expanded format. The photos in the ad are accurate. It looks structured. The workmanship looks high quality. The zippers and tabs are heavy duty. I'm very happy with this purchase.

My wife loves it the expandable is a real bonus.
