Great purchase!
I love my laptop. Was smaller than expected, but it is perfect. I chose to increase my RAM and it works great. Would purchase from seller again in the future.

Have had problems since day 1 with wireless internet
Pro. I love the speed of the laptop. There are things I wish it had but for a small laptop it is great.Con. Pretty much 1st week had problems with the wireless internet connection. I bought it thru Amazon but it came from another distributor so Amazon was going to charge me some fee. I talk to our local computer repairman. He sold me a wireless adapter and told me that should fix my problem. I still don't understand why i had to have a wireless adapter for a wireless laptop. Now the problem is for the 2 years every time Microsoft does an update i have to pay someone to update something to make the internet work. I now wish i had bought the dell laptop that cost More because I have so much tied into this one. I am on disability and can not afford to buy a new on. Has anyone else had this same problem and any other suggestions to repair. Thanks in advance

Pretty decent computer,.
i use it mainly for web surfing and watch YouTube. Pretty faststaring and loading up. I didn't catch it when i looked at this to buy, but somewhat disappointed it does ot have a numerical key pad on the right side. No biggie though....Also wish it was available with a back lite keyboard..Would I purchase this again, sure, why not

Much disapointment
Pros: Hardware, 16G RAM, 512 SSD, 1920 X 1080 resolution, etc... The laptop is fast. It comes back quickly, in just a few seconds, following a restart. It does not get hot after long and heavy use, which has been a recurring issue with other manufacturers. The top andthe keyboard casing are made of finished aluminium giving is a nice look. But the plasticky sides and bottom are let down--the contrast is cheap.Cons: The mouse pad is so hard to push, making it difficult to use. However the wrost of this laptop is the screen. The viewing angle is narrow, and the graphics are bad. If you are planning to use this product with external mouse, and monitor it is a good buy, otherwise you will be utterly disapointed.
