I Love Lucy: Lucy Ricardo Talking Bobble Figurine (RP Minis)

OMG!!!!!! I am just in love ❤️❤️❤️❤️ With her!! Did NOT disappoint me one bit and the talking part is the best! she is tiny and cute and then the tiny book is so adorable as well! This was so worth the money and the I wait for her!!

I gifted this to my best friend who loves Lucy. She couldn't wait to place it on her desk. It's a great gift for all I Love Lucy fans!

The I Love Lucy Bobble Figurine itself is great. I'm only giving it 4 stars though because the batteries were dead on arrival - for both the first one I purchased AND the replacement that was sent. The ones I received were both sent AND sold by Amazon - not another seller and just fulfilled by Amazon. The first one arrived and didn't work. I thought there must have been something wrong with it until I noticed that the little tab you're supposed to pull out that's between the batteries and the connector (to keep the brand new batteries from activating and running down) wasn't there. It was only after careful inspection that I realized the seal sticker on the bottom of the box was already cut, so I assumed it had been a previous return that Amazon sent out to me as if it was new. I was going to purchase batteries to check it to see if it worked or not but locally, in store the batteries would have cost more than the price of the figurine. So, I decided to put in for a replacement. A few days later the replacement came, both the top and bottom were sealed this time, but like the first one, there was no tab keeping the batteries from activating and it was dead on arrival, too. To avoid having to put in for yet another replacement, I decided to just buy some batteries from Amazon since they were cheaper - I found a 20-pack for $5... $5 I shouldn't have had to spend, by the way, but I spent it anyway. The batteries arrived, I put them in the figurine, and it worked. Notably, I still hadn't sent the first figurine back to Amazon yet and the new batteries worked in that one, too. So, there was nothing wrong with either figurine, just the included batteries being dead. The batteries it takes are 1.5V LR41 batteries. It takes THREE of them. So, what I recommend to you if you do decide to buy this is buy it WITH a pack of batteries. It sucks that a brand-new item that's supposed to come with new, working batteries will possibly show up with dead batteries, but if it did twice for me and seemingly the same way for several other reviewers, it may be the case for you, too. It's worth it if you want to spend the money. It's adorable and the speaker is loud considering how small it is. But, save yourself the possible frustration of yours arriving dead and buy extra batteries just in case. You may need them anyway if you enjoy yours as much as I do and you end up pressing the button a lot, running out the batteries like I will likely do.

This little bobble head is hilarious! Although smaller than the typical bobble head, it is very cute and has lots of recordings that make everyone smile. So happy that I bought one for me and several others as gifts! Love it!

…and they loved it! The talking can be understood well enough. I can’t speak on the longevity of the battery, but it worked well at the time the recipient got it.

I love this. Its a small figure that has all the important sentences in it. And you can make it move.

A little on the expensive side, but a wonderful gift for Lucy fans.

As a collector of I Love Lucy memorabilia, this is a brilliant inexpensive addition to my collection.

The talking Lucy figurine is cute, but very small. It looks about two inches tall to me. It’s in a nice box and she looks very good. The picture book is included. It should be bigger for the price though, even at a funko size would be ok. I gave it a 5 star because it’s nice for collectors and would be easy to find room on the shelf for it. She also talks and says a lot of stuff from the show. That’s very good!
