Disappointed.
Arrived in good time.Disappointed in spin part. Does not seem to dry the mop head at all. Mop remains very wet. Very disappointed.

Cheap don’t not buy
Absolutely rubbish. Scratches floors there’s not enough to cover the plastic ring, the pole is very short so you have to bend over, the pole also moves down as you push it back and forth.water splashed everywhere when you push it down to spin. Very cheaply made would not recommend!

Rubbish that doesn't work.
Absolute RUBBISH!! When the mop spins it gets rid of No water at all. The mop scrapes on the floor when used. I would have returned it straight away except the box was put out for the bin men. A total waste of money!!!

very disappointing
so i wanted a mop and bucket .. not too much to ask for right? well the mop itself comes as a flat disc like a cross between a frisbee and a thin bagel, with the mop strings around the edge .. then you fight to attach it to the handle which is cheap, flimsy and not at all sturdy .. the mop bucket is fine until you want to rinse the water from the mop and the spinny thing just spins and doesnt squeeze the water from the mop head .. all in all very disappointing purchase .. wish i had just been to a poundland or B & M and bought an old fashioned mop and bucket .. would have been cheaper and better than this

Disappointing
Very disappointed with this it’s so flimsy and mop head won’t stay straight to operate it. The mop head is not very thick so scratch floor would not recommend this

First class and highly recommended
This mop and bucket are amazing. I have ordered 4 for family members who all love them. Strong and sturdy. Really easy to use and dries the floor really well. I read some of the reviews which were bad but I can honestly recommend.

Don’t bother!
The mop head itself is fantastic. The bucket is sturdy - but that’s where the positives end.The spinning function is rubbish - the mop itself (handle part) shortens as you spin it in the bucket. The mop head constantly comes off the end of the mop. I’ve used it so can’t return, but I would recommend looking at other options.
