Easy to install. Water tastes good.The UV lamp comes with 110V ballast - one would expect that the manufacturer would use a universal ballast 110/220V that can be used everywhere (since it is globally distributed by Amazon).In short UV does not work for me - unless I buy a 220V ballast.

La instalación es muy sencilla e intuitiva, sin tener conocimiento y con apoyo de un tutorial de YouTube en menos de una hora queda instalado.Como consejo y para destacar, es importante saber que si el agua es de ciudad y previamente ha sido tratada, la luz ultravioleta deja un sabor y olor bastante desagradable, cosa que tras consultar con el servicio de iSpring afirmaron que es habitual que pase, por lo que hemos tenido que desconectar esta fase. Quitando este filtro el agua sabe estupendamente y funciona a la perfección.Cuando recibimos el pedido, el grifo llegó defectuoso y perdía agua, pero nos lo reemplazaron rápidamente sin problema. Por lo que el servicio de atención al cliente es espectacular y rápido.
