Wasn't sure what to think but given the price it was worth a try. Always looking at new ways to improve mental and physical health and different ways of recovery. It's very odd at first, a more painful sensation (I'm talking a 1 or 2/10 pain so very easy to put up with), after this slight discomfort you just get a wave of warmth down your full back and it becomes very relaxing, somewhat addictive.I have definitely noticed a difference in feeling more 'loose' since using this and relaxed, don't get back and neck knots since using either. Great product.

I got this initially as I had an extremely sore shoulder (pinched nerve) pain killers were not working and deep heat only helped for a short time.I've been using this for a couple of weeks and my shoulder has significantly improved. An additional benefit I have experienced is the most deep sleeps. This mat is perfect for meditation as it's so relaxing while using it.It does not hurt, it's slightly uncomfortable for about 30 seconds and then the skin warms up and gets used to it, however after repeated daily use, there's hardly even any initial discomfort.Vert happy with this product and will continue to use

Initially, this appears to be very effective for back, neck and shoulder pain, however because it came vacuum packed, the pillow is flat! So not helpful at all. Even after leaving it for several hours, it was still as in the photo. That said, the mat has been effective for both my husband's pain in hip and back and my shoulder and neck pain.

I’d been told by a few people how good these are so thought I’d try it out myself.This was a good price and the reviews were pretty good.It’s not huge which is quite a good thing because it doesn’t take up much space. I’m quite small and it just covers my full back so if you’re a bit bigger it might be worth checking the sizes.Initially it feels uncomfortable but the skin soon warms and I find it actually quite relaxing.I’m not sure of the benefits but I feel it helps me relax and maybe even helps me sleep better.Good price and arrived quickly.I like that it comes in a drawstring bag for storage too.

The comfort of the pillow wasnt very good as it was flat and couldnt be put under as a back arch as described to do in the instructions and to use correctly as a pillow.The mat was ok but as it couldnt be used with the pillow i have decided to return.It may just be a faulty item so i certainly wouldnt say dont buy this as if all working i would have kept it.The principle of the pressure points for pain relief was all good on the mat.

Very relaxing

I sometimes struggle with arthritic pain in my hip and back. Anything to aid pain relief is a win in my eyes. When I first got the mat I tried it initially by standing on it to see the effects. It is very uncomfortable at first like people have commented in reviews I have read. You do get used to it. I advise listening to a meditation or a podcast whilst first trying it. Initial outcomes are positive. Hopefully this will be a longer term help with my hip. The instruction booklet is clear and demonstrates 6 different ways of using the mat and pillow. Very happy with the quality of the product.

Ich war erst skeptisch, was diese Matte betrifft aber nachdem ich bei einer Freundin einige Minuten darauf gelegen habe, bin ich begeistert. 10 Min am Tag haben meinen Rücken sichtlich entspannt. Erst ist es etwas unangenehm aber dann breitet sich eine angenehme Wärme aus. Ich habe das Gefühl, dass ich besser und entspannter einschlafen kann, da meine Muskeln noch einmal gelockert wurden. Sehr empfehlenswert, vor allem für den Preis!

Great product! The spikes are sturdy and I love that it comes in a carry bag.

Received the product yesterday, exactly as the pictures shown. The mat itself take sometimes to get use to. Its painful at first, but after 10-20 min it will start to help relieve tension at the back. One downside of this product is the sharp needles may hurt younger children at home.

I wasn't sure what to expect but these were well worth the price. I've had a bad back for years. Every summer I do too much in the yard. I needed some relief from the back pain. When I first tried this it was kind of prickly but I soon got used to that. Very comfortable now in the hammock and the zero gravity chair. I haven't tried the yet on bare skin, except the pillow.

Very happy with the mat..i have tried many other and found them to sharp yo stand or lie down for even 30 secs..this one is not very sharp neither blunt...very comfortable even for beginners..highly recommend
