Helped with brain fog
Repeat customer of these. Have been taking for 6 months ish and i noticed a quick reduction in my brain fog from my fibromyalgia. Its not helped 100% but most days Ive had around a 50% reduction in it. (All days are different as my fibro varies daily). Mixed berries is my favourite flavour.

Tase wise it is great but, health wise it doesn't contain a lot. It is mainly sugar, if you are wanting to make your water taste lovely then go for it. But, if you are wanting it for health I would steer away for it.

Good alternative to energy drinks
These are a good (slightly) healthier alternative to energy drinks. They taste nice, mix really really well and obviously easier to transport- I take 1 to work everyday. The company do 3 other flavours and this is our personal favourite. The only reason it loses one star is price- on the vidrate website there’s usually an offer which makes it cheaper to buy direct than on here

The description doesn't mention the product contains caffeine. Its only if you notice it on the packaging (I didn't) When compared to other options it is very expensive.
