Wonderful— Must Be Seasoned
This pan is exactly what I’ve been looking for. Mine is not rusting because I coated it with Ghee inside and out and placed it on a baking sheet upside down (so the oil doesn’t pool in the slots), on 500 for 1 hour. Then leave it to cool off. This is not a pre-seasoned pan, although I noticed you can buy one already seasoned on Amazon.

Smaller wells than aebleskiver pan
This pan has many more wells than an average aebleskiver pan but that's because they are much smaller. I would not call this an aebleskiver pan. It's nice though!

It needed some information along with it
Would have been nice to have some information with it such as highest temperature setting. Is it preseasons?

a solid piece of rust.
used once and washed. Next day it was nearly solid brown, rusted, with no semblance of the black color it was out of the box. I am afraid to use it again. All the wells have significant brown powder 24 hours after wiping them clean several times.

If you have rust color
You obviously don't know how to clean cast iron, and stick to ceramic.
